crayon resist

I got on a roll with crayon resist after making the last tutorial. I made a set of these for my local card swapping friends. There's a bit of masking and over-stamping with the blue flower in the background on this one. I tried out Jennifer's fancy punch layering thing. It makes for an interesting corner.

It's been pretty crazy busy here lately. Kyle's still playing rugby and we're running up and down the mountain regularly for practices. I've been working lots more, earning a bit of money for summer vacation. The magazine is really rolling fast, so I'm writing and creating for that. We're running away to the beach this weekend to kick off spring break. I hope you're having a nice start to spring. Thanks for stopping by.

This is soooo pretty.

I hope that we have good weather for you this weekend. I've had a cold for a few days so I haven't seen salt water since I went kayaking wednesday. Bring a sweater (or 3) it's been chilly.

You give the best tutorials! I'm not even a scrapper, but I use your techniques in my art! Thank you. And have a great getaway!

Is that a coffee filter that you are using for the embossing powder?

I love it. I have just added them to my kit for next week in Akron, OH.

You are the bomb diggity!
