grace

I've chosen my one little word for the new year: grace: thoughtfulness toward others; goodwill; seemingly effortless charm of movement.  Firstly, those who know me well know that I don't come by physical grace naturally.  It's an effort and one I intend to continue working toward with my yoga practice.  I'm working on a new project for 2011 called Hearts of Orange, Crafting for the Common Good.   It's a year long effort of crafting for others that starts tomorrow.

Have you chosen a word for 2011, yet?  I've found that my word takes on new dimension as the year rolls on and brings new things into my life I hadn't expected.  I can't wait to see what grace brings in 2011.  Happy New Year.

Happy New Year! My OLW is Thrive - as in Thrive instead of survive! Seems I am always in 'survival mode' and I want to be ahead in 2011!!!

Love the project orange.. so sweet.
And Grace! A beautiful word that you will honor with well, Grace!

Hi Tami!

I chose Life for 2010 and am pretty settled on my word for 2011 (I have all of seven hours and fifty minutes to commit to it...commit, there's a word! haha) and will probably post it tomorrow. Today, I'm reflecting on 2010. For us, its been quite a ride.

I hope 2011 brings not only the grace you are hoping for, but new meanings for you as well. Happy almost New Year! :>
