I'm Still Coloring...
I have been busy practicing my coloring skills. Most of what I've colored hasn't found it's way onto a card yet. I finished May cards 19, 20, 21 today. The two botanicals are by PSX. The poppy is by Magenta. I've learned a few things as I've been practicing my coloring with prisma pencils. Here are a few tips for you:
~Be sure you keep your pencils nice and sharp, or you might go outside the lines.
~Use a metal hand powered pencil sharpener...not an electric dinosaur that will chew up your precious pencils.
~If you go outside the lines, use a utility knife to scrape off the unwanted area, followed by a little erasing with a white art eraser.
~Use staz-on ink to avoid ink smudges.
~Use a smooth paper, but not too smooth-the iris image paper is too rough.
~Blend, blend, blend to get a good looking image.

WOW! Number one is a knock out!!
Ditto what Julie said!!! Love the color combo.
These are fantastic. You seem to have mastered the colouring technique. I need that class!
WOW Tami, these are all wonderful! I love the poppy (it is one of my favorite flowers)
Your coloring is so great- hope I can do that well once I take one of Terry's classes!
